By accessing or using Rizqtek's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Rizqtek provides product engineering, software development, and related services. The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for any engagement will be defined in a separate agreement or statement of work.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing: • Client retains ownership of their pre-existing intellectual property • Work product created specifically for a client belongs to the client upon full payment • Rizqtek retains rights to general knowledge, skills, and non-client-specific tools developed during engagements

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of an engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rizqtek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.

Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the applicable agreement. Upon termination, obligations regarding confidentiality, intellectual property, and payment for work completed shall survive.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated effective date.
